At Maatruveda, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly across India.
Shipping Within India
- We ship to most PIN codes across India.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful payment and verification.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
- During peak seasons (e.g. festivals or sales), minor delays may occur due to high order volume.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not support international shipping through the website. However, if you’re located outside India and would like to place an order, please email us at customercare@maatruveda.in and we will assist you directly.
Courier & Tracking
- Based on your PIN code, we select the most reliable courier partner for your location.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
In case of any delay in dispatch, we may:
- Inform you and request your approval for a delayed shipment, or
- Partially ship available items upon your confirmation.

Products Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit and not delivered, we will issue a full refund. However:
- We allow up to 30 days from the expected delivery date before considering it lost.
- This timeline may be extended in the event of natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure.
Shipping for Returns
- If a return is accepted due to transit damage, manufacturing defect, or incorrect product, we will arrange free reverse pickup through our courier partner.
- Please ensure the item is securely packed and includes the shipping label provided by us.
- If pickup cannot be arranged, you may return the item via a reliable courier with tracking. Please inform us before shipping it back. Refund of return shipping cost will be at our sole discretion and must be pre-approved.
Replacements
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll dispatch a replacement within 5 working days.
- If we are unable to send the replacement, your full payment will be refunded.
- No extra shipping charges are applied for eligible replacements.
Do not send returns without our prior confirmation—we are not responsible for such packages.
