Exchanges & Returns

We offer a 3-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging, along with the original invoice.

Returns/Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or incorrect.
  • The product was unsealed or tampered with at the time of delivery.
  • The product has expired upon delivery.

If your return request is accepted, we will arrange for a pickup from your provided address. Once received and inspected, exchanges will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation is accepted:

  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Maatruveda reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
